Where do you source your pieces from?
We work directly with small artisan workshops on six continents: stone carvers in Turkey and Mexico, woodworkers in Indonesia and Mexico, weavers in Morocco, and independent design studios in Europe, Australia and the Americas. Most pieces are made to order or produced in small batches. Natural stone and hand finishing mean no two pieces are ever identical.

What custom products do you offer?
We make a small number of custom pieces each year in the three categories we know best: carved stone (sinks, bathtubs, fireplace surrounds and tabletops), solid wood and stone tables, and architectural doors in wood, iron and bronze. Every piece is produced by the same workshops in Turkey, Indonesia and Mexico that make our collection. See Custom, Within Our Craft.
How long does a custom or made-to-order piece take?
Most pieces ship in 6–8 weeks from approved drawings; stone bathtubs take 12–14 weeks. We confirm your timeline in writing before any deposit is taken.
How do I start a custom order, and what does it cost?
Email designteam@cultheir.com with the piece, the space and any inspiration images. If it falls within our craft, we say so within two business days. From there: design brief, shop drawings for your approval, material samples, a 50% deposit to begin fabrication, and the balance before shipment.
Fully custom residential commissions start at $25,000. Made-to-order pieces already in the collection are priced on their product pages: marble sinks from $2,950, stone bathtubs from about $10,900, fireplace surrounds from $6,000 and travertine tables from $2,500.
How much is shipping, and how are stone pieces delivered?
Shipping is a flat rate per piece for the continental US and is shown at checkout and on trade quotes: most decor and accessories $25, marble sinks $249 crated freight, stone bathtubs $999 crated freight, Rasttro game tables $799 oversized flat rate. A few partner lines (rugs, House of Leon, Bellari, MESO) are calculated by delivery address. Freight arrives crated and insured at your curb or front door; white-glove delivery into the room is quoted separately on select pieces. What is your return and claims policy?
All sales are final. You may cancel within 24 hours of ordering by emailing designteam@cultheir.com. Damage, defect or incorrect-item claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging and labels; for freight, inspect before signing the bill of lading.
